Duckwing, I can help with the feather situation. I've got some super glue. We can fix those bad boys right up! Or, I could take your culls off your hands. I'll take the ones that don't fit what your breeding for...
  • I think I will keep them, none the less you have the best pair I had last year.

    Wayne,
I will be sending you two trios
  • SEnd them on. I will use what you send. The Golden Birchen sounds good if you can spare one we will put him to gpood use.

    I like that much better.
  • Wayne,
Here are three of the pullets headed your way. Two will make this coming weekend but will still be better for nationals while the third should be ready for nationals, the feed change took it's toll on the cockrell he is dropping feathers in his tail and hackle several blood feathers in his tail are already 3-4 inches coming back better than before but will not be ready for the winter season at all.
  • Nice looking Birchen!
  • Really nice birds.
  • Those are some fine looking Birchens Carl!
  • Thank You all, I wish Scott and others would post a few of the Silver Blues I let go earlier the ones I have left need some time to finish thier tails from the last molt.
  • Thought I would post a few of the girls I am keeping from this year.
I will undoubtedly miss Newcastle, and the Texas All Game due to feather condition as they are just starting to finish in tails with blood feathers still quite evident, However Shawnee for Dec. some of you may see these girls.

  • Nice Silver Blues and Birchen Carl!!
  • I realy enjoy this color on the females!
  • Dusty, I agree fully. most of the varieties I raise I prefer the female and the Birchen, Silver Blue, brown reds all lend themselves very well for defining the female body and shape with agreat color contrast.
  • Gavin,
Here are the birds headed your way in the morning. wish the pictures were as nice as the birds but I'm no photographer.
    Two cockrells four pullets.
