I believe Nutens is correct, or at the least they had a heavy Wulff influence. I like that bird, a lot. Does Henry still raise Pyles?

  • Most Pyle males being shown in the last few years have severe zoning problems. Red breasts are a serious problem. They also have a lot of white striping in the hackle. A good typed well colored female should never lose to a male like this. But that is just my opinion.

Troy Vannoy has a nice male line. They are the best that I have seen here in Okla. Tex. area.

Red Pyles doesn't seem to be very popular? I think the males are beautiful. Like other varieties, they too have color issues I'm sure. I have seen Troy show 2 males that were outstanding. He doesn't show many but when he does bring one, look out.

BLJ that is a nice type broodcock. I like him.
