Spangled

I don't see anything about spangled or Mille on here. Surely I'm not the only one working on them.

Wow. 183 views and 1 person commented. You guys sure know how to make a guy feel welcome. Now I remember why I left.
  • not every picture or post on here gets a comment man. no reason to get your feelings hurt. If you want to know something ask questions and if they are really important to you ask them on the threads that are very popular.

I haven't raised spangled ..and don't know alot about them..but i like the last posted picture on the right with the male and female..They are a nice looking variety what i have noticed is that is seems that the spangled don't have the feather that alot of other varieties do...And don't feel bad about getting comments... Varieties like bb reds...blacks..etc ..get the most comments because they are more popular and more people on here raise them...
  • good morning, your females look nice, you need to watch the white earlobes. you have good color on both male and female. but as another stated lacking feather You would benefit crossing them to bb to improve type, then all offspring back to BB. starting with the female with the large tail, her male offspring back to her, do the same with you male spangle to retail color in the offspring.I have done this for awhile and it works great.as we all know with Spangles you need to harch a bunch to get a few keepers. but when thy are right they are very Beautiful. that male the black and white one (black pyle?)he is awesome
